2023년부터 2024년사이 중동지역에 배치되어 무려 278일동안 임무를 수행한 후 2024년 10월 14일 모항 샌디에고항에 복귀했던 미 해군 항공모함 USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) 함이 2025년 일정기간동안 함 정비를 마친 후 2026년 임무 배치를 앞두고 있는 가운데 미 국방부는 2025년 8월 17일 촬영된 사진을 공개하며 암호문과 같은 문장들을 첨부했다.
